At British Land we own or manage a high-quality UK commercial property portfolio focused on London Offices and Retail around the UK. The portfolio is valued at £14.3bn (British Land share: £10.5bn) as at 31 March 2022 making us one of Europe’s largest listed real estate investment companies.
